Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Join Versigent as a Manufacturing Engineer and become an integral part of a global, diverse, and collaborative team developing sophisticated compute and sensing products for a safer, greener, and more connected future of mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure alignment between engineering changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement KMS directives such as break‑kit, assembly sequence, SOS improvement, and Kaizen concepts.
• Prepare and update all documentation related to activities.
• Maintain compliance with EOS procedures and support certification and customer audits.
• Manage reliable data preparation and provide weekly performance reports.
• Oversee auxiliaries management, including overtime control.
• Revise PFMEA for engineering changes and apply them to equipment definitions.

Required profile

• Master's degree or Engineering Diploma in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, or mechanics.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience in the automotive industry or a similar position.
