Manufacturing Process Support Engineer

About the role

Join TE to design, develop and validate manufacturing processes that meet quality, cost, delivery and performance targets. You will also optimize existing processes, drive automation and support new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and validate manufacturing processes to meet defined targets.
• Optimize existing processes to improve productivity, reduce scrap and increase yield.
• Identify and implement automation and digitalisation opportunities.
• Support industrialisation and new product introduction (NPI) activities.
• Manage equipment, tooling and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an international manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with process optimization, root‑cause analysis and production troubleshooting.

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, SPC and other problem‑solving methodologies.
• Automation and industrial control systems knowledge.
• Proficiency with manufacturing KPIs, Microsoft Office and performance analysis tools.
• Understanding of quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001.
