Manufacturing Quality Coordinator TAC

About the role

The Manufacturing Quality Coordinator TAC ensures that product quality specifications meet corporate and customer standards. You will develop and enforce QA/QC policies, manage vendor evaluations, and lead the offshore QA/QC effort.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure product quality specifications comply with corporate and customer requirements.
• Establish and maintain QA/QC policies and standards for product assessment, technical service, and vendor evaluation.
• Oversee the QA/QC team and external vendors to implement corporate QA/QC policies.
• Set goals and objectives for team members and monitor operational results.
• Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Team Leader (M2) experience supervising professional and para‑professional staff.
• Proven ability to set performance goals and drive operational results.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes in a manufacturing environment.
