Market Access Manager – Casablanca

About the role

The Market Access Manager will be locally accountable for implementing market access strategies for Johnson & Johnson's portfolio in Morocco, ensuring timely and sustainable patient access through high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Morocco market access plans, translating regional strategies into tactical actions for priority therapeutic areas.
• Build launch‑access plans for new products and pipeline assets, anticipating evidence, pricing, reimbursement and stakeholder requirements.
• Design and support compliant, sustainable patient access programs, monitor performance and coordinate external partners.
• Create value and reimbursement dossiers, health‑economic analyses and robust pricing business cases aligned with national requirements.
• Engage with health authorities, payers, institutions and healthcare professionals to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and support advisory boards.

Required profile

• University degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, public health, business or related discipline; postgraduate training in health economics or market access is advantageous.
• 4–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, pricing, reimbursement or health economics.
• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan healthcare system, payer environment and reimbursement pathways.
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for building pricing models, financial simulations and scenario analyses.
