Marketing Associate

About the role

The COOL Company is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Associate to drive brand output and manage the digital presence of its AI‑powered advertising platform. In this role you will ensure consistent communication across all channels, collaborate with commercial, technical and creative teams, and report directly to Matthieu.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize advertising mock‑ups and campaign assets in both French and English based on client briefs.
• Develop innovative creative concepts that highlight product innovation.
• Maintain and refresh website content, including client case studies and new product pages.
• Produce communication materials such as business presentations, sales collateral and video content.
• Manage the LinkedIn community and expand the company’s social media footprint.
• Draft, send and analyse newsletters, reporting on performance metrics.
• Oversee public relations activities and press partnerships.
• Coordinate regularly with sales, technical and creative teams to align messaging.
• Conduct competitive market analysis and support internal event organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technology, ad‑tech or mar‑tech environments.
• Fluent oral and written communication in French and English.
