About the role

As a Marketing & Communication Manager at Hilton, you will lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies that showcase the warmth and light of hospitality. You will shape guest experiences by delivering memorable brand interactions across all channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness and guest engagement.
  • Oversee social media, digital content, and online communication channels to ensure a consistent brand image.
  • Manage marketing projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners for timely execution.
  • Support brand and PR activities, including media relations and promotional initiatives to enhance hotel visibility.

Required profile

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.

Required skills

  • Experience in developing marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in managing digital and social media channels.
  • Ability to coordinate PR and media relations.
