Marketing Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Communications Specialist to support Lear’s marketing and communications initiatives across North Africa, specifically in Morocco and Tunisia. The role will help strengthen Lear’s brand presence, drive business growth, and boost employee engagement in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of regional marketing initiatives aligned with Lear’s strategy, contributing to campaigns that enhance visibility and innovation positioning.
• Assist the Product Marketing lead with customer‑focused activities such as tech shows, site visits, and industry events.
• Support internal communications to keep employees informed, engaged, and connected to corporate strategy and culture.
• Create and adapt content for internal and external channels, including social media, articles, presentations, and campaigns.
• Contribute to external communications and PR activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and local storytelling.
• Assist HR and Talent Acquisition with employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and social media recruitment campaigns.
• Develop marketing materials that reflect Lear’s brand identity and ensure visual consistency.
• Collaborate with plant teams, HR, leadership, and regional Marketing & Communications teams for seamless execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and/or communications, preferably in a multinational or industrial environment (automotive sector preferred).
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, communications, and digital channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual awareness.
• Willingness to travel within Morocco and Tunisia as needed.
