Marketing & Content Creation Intern

About the role

StudentGator is seeking a creative and energetic intern to join its Marketing & Growth team in Casablanca. The role focuses on producing engaging social‑media and website content that attracts prospective students worldwide. You will work closely with the Head of Acquisition and the broader marketing team, turning ideas into published videos and posts.

Key responsibilities

• Create, film, edit, and publish short‑form and long‑form content for TikTok (French/Morocco), Instagram (global English), YouTube, and the StudentGator website.
• Generate fresh content concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Assist in building and maintaining the social‑media content calendar and overall strategy.
• Monitor trends, identify new engagement opportunities, and adapt content accordingly.
• Track performance metrics, analyse insights, and recommend improvements.
• Support the Head of Acquisition with campaign research, execution, and other growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on integrated marketing projects.
• Contribute ideas beyond content creation to strengthen brand awareness and student acquisition.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Passionate about social media with a clear sense of what makes content engaging on different platforms.
• Demonstrable portfolio of personal content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar).
• Comfortable filming, editing, and appearing on camera when needed.
• Creative, proactive, organized and eager to own projects from concept to launch.
• Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
