Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will promote Marriott’s brand image both internally and externally, driving awareness and revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. This full‑time position is based on‑site in Rabat and focuses on sales techniques, upselling, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness and manage guest interactions to enhance loyalty.
• Identify upsell opportunities and sell enhancements to improve the Marriott experience.
• Encourage guests to purchase or schedule preview package tours and explain sales presentation details.
• Verify eligibility for preview packages and schedule tours for Marriott Vacation Club properties.
• Provide complimentary gifts, answer guest inquiries, and accurately record messages.
• Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Deliver courteous service, use clear professional language, and handle telephone etiquette.
• Support team goals, respond to employee concerns, and comply with quality standards.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb and standing for extended periods.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Rabat.
