Marketing Growth Analyst

About the role

Glovo is looking for a Marketing Growth Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive user acquisition, conversion and retention across its delivery platform. You will work closely with product, marketing and operations teams to identify growth levers and support data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and produce insights that guide decisions to increase Glovo’s presence and order volume.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities related to traffic, conversion, pricing, promotions, events and CRM.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, translating challenges into data‑driven actions.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting tools, ensuring they are scalable and up‑to‑date.
• Provide colleagues with the right data, simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in analytical roles, turning insights into actions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Statistics or a related quantitative field.
• Strong business acumen and a hands‑on attitude.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• SQL (mandatory)
• Python (a plus)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau and Looker
