Marketing Manager (Casablanca)

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager will strengthen Jotun’s market position in Morocco. The role leverages deep customer, shopper and market insights to identify growth opportunities, drive profitable growth and develop impactful marketing initiatives. Based in Casablanca, the manager works closely with Sales and other functions to execute segment and category strategies within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and implement campaigns, launches and innovations based on market analysis, competitor monitoring and customer insight.
• Drive segment, category, brand and product performance in cooperation with sales and other functions.
• Generate marketing deliverables such as insights, business cases, key selling arguments and communication packages.
• Lead category innovation strategy by identifying consumer insights and preparing concepts with the Innovation Manager.
• Manage new product launches and implementations together with local and regional marketing teams.
• Develop and implement pricing and product management strategies to increase sales and market share.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience with strong exposure to retail/trade marketing, preferably in paints, FMCG or construction.
• Proven experience in category, product and brand management within a retail or distributor environment.
• Strong understanding of customer insights, shopper behaviour, market trends and competitor analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to launch products, develop go‑to‑market strategies and pricing initiatives in close collaboration with sales.
• Commercially driven, analytical and hands‑on with strong stakeholder management skills.
