Marketing Manager

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager will strengthen Jotun’s market position and competitiveness across the assigned portfolio in Morocco. The role leverages deep customer, shopper and market insights to identify growth opportunities, drive profitable growth and develop impactful marketing initiatives that address customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and implement campaigns, product launches and innovations based on market analysis, competitor monitoring and customer insight.
• Drive segment, category, brand and product performance in cooperation with sales and other functions.
• Generate marketing deliverables such as insights, business cases, key selling arguments and communication packages.
• Lead category innovation strategy by identifying consumer insights and preparing concepts with the Innovation Manager.
• Develop and maintain local assortment, pricing and product management strategies to increase market share and profitability.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of marketing experience with strong exposure to retail/trade marketing, preferably in paints, FMCG or construction.
• Proven experience in category, product and brand management within a retail/distributor environment.
• Strong understanding of customer insights, shopper behaviour, market trends and competitor analysis.
• Commercially driven, analytical and hands‑on with a track record of delivering growth, market share and profitability.
