Marketing Operations & Events Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Events Manager to bring structure and execution discipline to a high‑volume growth marketing team. The role focuses on process building, project ownership, and ensuring that campaigns, content programs, product launches, and events run smoothly without adding extra management layers.

Key responsibilities

• Own setup and maintenance of all active marketing projects, tracking dependencies, owners, and due dates.
• Build and manage production schedules for campaigns, content, and launches, surfacing blockers early.
• Run the intake process for new project requests, define scope, timelines, and coordinate assignments across internal teams and external vendors.
• Deliver weekly project health reports to marketing leadership, highlighting active work, risks, and upcoming deadlines.
• Create and maintain playbooks, templates, and process documentation for consistent output and faster onboarding.
• Manage the tradeshow calendar, develop logistics briefs, and oversee vendor relationships for all field events.
• Own event budgets, shipping coordination, staffing plans, on‑site execution, and post‑event reconciliation reports.
• Lead the annual tradeshow program recap and vendor performance review.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in project management, marketing operations, or combined ops and events roles.
• Proven ability to hold peers and cross‑functional stakeholders accountable without direct authority.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑minded, and comfortable in fast‑moving, high‑volume environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear status updates and stakeholder check‑ins.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with project management platforms (building templates, configuring dependencies, team‑wide tracking).
• Experience managing tradeshow and field event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets.
