Marketing Project Coordinator

About the role

As a Marketing Project Coordinator you will drive customer engagement, retention, lead generation and sales growth through data‑driven, multi‑channel marketing activities. You will own the HubSpot marketing automation platform, ensuring it is used to its full potential to deliver targeted campaigns, support the sales team and produce measurable commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of HubSpot, including automation workflows, CRM data, customer segmentation, reporting, campaign execution and performance optimisation.
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies and tailored communication plans in partnership with sales and leadership.
• Design, build and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Map customer journeys, track engagement, and continuously identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness.
• Monitor HubSpot updates, recommend new functionalities and ensure best‑practice usage across the organisation.

Required profile

• Commercially minded marketing professional with a blend of creativity, analytical thinking and technical aptitude.
• Proactive self‑starter capable of taking ownership of the marketing plan and driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Ability to challenge existing processes, identify new opportunities and continuously improve customer communication.

Required skills

• Extensive hands‑on experience with HubSpot (daily use).
• Proficiency in building automation workflows, managing CRM data and creating customer segments.
• Strong competence in campaign management, reporting and performance analytics.
• Experience in multi‑channel marketing and customer journey mapping.
