Marketing Strategy & Operations Assistant (PMO)

About the role

The Marketing Strategy & Operations Assistant supports marketing strategy and operations across the EMEA region, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of activities within the Software Business Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the Marketing team’s workload, set priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Orchestrate marketing actions required for the launch of new services, features and projects.
• Support the creation of weekly newsletters, monthly dealer articles and other communication materials.
• Maintain and update the roadmap of upcoming services and coordinate timelines and deliverables.
• Act as a focal point between Marketing and Software stakeholders, consolidating weekly updates and priorities.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a PMO role or within a Marketing team.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfortable working in a remote, highly collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project and program management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, email‑marketing and social‑media platforms.
• Content creation abilities for newsletters and dealer articles.
• Fluent English; Italian or French is a strong asset.
