Master Data Management Analyst

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is looking for a Business‑Oriented Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst to support its global MDM program. The role will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure master data is accurate, complete, and aligned with business rules.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for master data entities.
• Collaborate with users to understand data needs, use cases, and reporting requirements.
• Validate customer, vendor, and product data against business rules such as VAT/tax completeness.
• Identify data quality issues and coordinate remediation with IT and MDM teams.
• Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and data‑driven insights.
• Serve as the liaison between business functions (ECS & Components) and technical teams.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or Master Data Management.
• Knowledge of Informatica MDM.
• Strong stakeholder communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable working in global, cross‑functional teams.
