Material Management Coordinator

About the role

The Material Management Coordinator ensures smooth material flow and accurate inventory across the plant in Meknes. You will work closely with procurement, operations, and engineering teams to prevent and resolve inventory issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Report, monitor and resolve any issues or risks related to inventory control operations.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations and engineering to address material‑flow challenges.
• Perform daily analyses to anticipate potential inventory problems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in WIP and warehouse through cycle counts, spot counts and root‑cause analysis.
• Prepare and coordinate the WTW process according to LEAR procedures.
• Keep inventory records up‑to‑date and implement cost‑reduction measures.
• Provide periodic statistical reports on inventory trends to management.
• Support successful completion of plant audits (IATF, FOA, customer audits).
• Drive continuous improvement of inventory operations aligned with company objectives.
• Promote safety and efficiency within the team.

Required profile

• Higher education in logistics, supply chain or a related field (Bac+3 or higher).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics or material flow management.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, including good English proficiency.
• Ability to lead safety‑focused initiatives.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including macro development.
• Statistical analysis tools for inventory data.
• Experience with inventory accuracy methods such as cycle count and spot count.
