Mechanical Design Engineer – Automation Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our automation department. You will be responsible for creating robust, cost‑effective mechanical structures that support product assembly equipment and drive our automation projects forward.

Key responsibilities

• Design mechanical structures and produce detailed drawings for assembly equipment.
• Create part and assembly models using SOLIDWORKS, INVENTOR, or Creo and support sampling, trial production, and mass production.
• Resolve on‑site mechanical issues during production runs.
• Assist procurement with component selection, supplier communication, and compliance with design standards.
• Prepare comprehensive design documentation and technical files to support project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design & Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency with SOLIDWORKS, INVENTOR, and Creo.
• Ability to independently complete 3D modeling, assembly, and 2D drafting while adhering to design standards.
• Familiarity with wire‑harness and connector structure design.
• Knowledge of machining processes (turning, milling, grinding, stamping), material properties, and surface‑treatment techniques.
• Experience with AI product assembly or testing automation equipment is a plus.
