Media Strategist

About the role

The Media Strategist position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Casablanca‑Settat, Morocco. You will design and execute integrated media strategies for a portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns align with brand positioning and business objectives across both digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel media plans that meet client goals.
• Analyze audience insights, market data, and performance metrics to select the most effective media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, trading, and account teams to align media activities with overall campaign strategy.
• Use client data and performance reports to generate actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Monitor, interpret, and optimize campaign performance using web analytics tools.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in media planning and strategy, preferably within an agency or multi‑client environment.
• Background in strategy and marketing to align media actions with brand and business goals.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑interpretation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights clearly.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, on‑site teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a consulting firm is required.
