Medical Representative – Casablanca

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Medical Representative to promote its portfolio of generic, specialty and branded medicines in Casablanca. The role involves building strong relationships with physicians, ensuring product availability in pharmacies, and driving prescriptions through a patient‑centric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand image and drive prescriptions and recommendations.
• Visit targeted physicians to promote products using a patient‑centric approach.
• Communicate scientific and technical product value effectively.
• Implement the medical visit strategy, including coverage, frequency and product cycles.
• Use promotional tools and multi‑channel communication to personalize messages.
• Ensure product availability in nearby pharmacies and support sell‑out with sales teams.
• Analyze territory performance and competition; implement action plans.
• Manage planning, CRM tracking and activity reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and report adverse events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (scientific background preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong sales mindset, autonomy and excellent communication skills.
