Medical Representative – Dermo‑Cosmetics

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated Medical Representative specialized in dermo‑cosmetics to join its Casablanca team. You will act as the bridge between our scientific portfolio and healthcare professionals, promoting product benefits while ensuring patient‑centric care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen brand image to drive prescriptions and recommendations.
• Visit targeted physicians and present products using a patient‑centric approach.
• Communicate scientific and technical value of products clearly and effectively.
• Implement the medical visit strategy, managing coverage, frequency and product cycles.
• Utilise promotional tools and multi‑channel communication to personalise messages.
• Ensure product availability in nearby pharmacies and support sell‑out with sales teams.
• Analyse territory performance and competition, and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage planning, CRM tracking and activity reporting while ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific field.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong sales mindset, autonomy and excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical standards and ability to report adverse events.

• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
