Medical Science Liaison

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will work field‑based across Morocco, engaging healthcare professionals, payors and patient advocacy groups in scientific, non‑promotional discussions about NewBridge’s Rare Disease portfolio. The role supports the Medical Affairs function and ensures all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Stay current with scientific research and clinical data relevant to assigned therapy areas.
• Identify, build and manage a network of Key Medical Experts (KMEs) and provide balanced scientific information.
• Lead scientific meetings, educational presentations and advisory boards with external stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to medical information requests from the field force and healthcare professionals.
• Gather feedback on company products and convey insights to internal teams.
• Train and schedule speakers on NewBridge products and support external medical education events.
• Manage scientific support requests such as publications, investigator‑initiated studies and research grants.
• Serve as the internal Rare Disease medical expert, providing training and supporting the development of scientific and promotional materials.
• Ensure all interactions comply with ethical standards and company code of conduct.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (M.B.B.Ch) or Pharmacy.
• Minimum of one year experience as an MSL.
• Experience in a specialty therapeutic area; rare‑disease experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to build relationships with external customers, peers and cross‑functional teams.
