Medical Services Coordinator

About the role

COFICAB is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator to ensure the physical and mental well‑being of its staff in Tangier, Morocco. You will work closely with the occupational physician and internal teams to prevent health risks and manage medical processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, handle emergencies and evacuations.
• Collect medical data and keep employee medical files up to date.
• Schedule and coordinate regulatory medical visits (hiring, periodic, special, return‑to‑work, etc.).
• Assist the company doctor during medical examinations.
• Manage the internal pharmacy and maintain first‑aid kits according to internal procedures.
• Handle medical insurance files and prepare work‑accident documentation, ensuring follow‑up until recovery.
• Participate in health and safety committee meetings.

Required profile

• Nursing diploma.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar occupational health or medical coordination role.
• Strong awareness of EHS norms, legal regulations, and quality systems.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
• Medical record management.
