Merchandiser – Fashion Production & Project Management

About the role

DEEPWEAR is seeking a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented Merchandiser to manage end‑to‑end fashion production projects. You will coordinate across clients, factories, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full production cycles from product development and sourcing to final delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, factories, suppliers, design, sales, logistics, and marketing teams.
• Control timelines, materials, costs, quality, and risk to meet client requirements.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, build strong supplier relationships.
• Oversee quality control and final product inspection before shipment.
• Maintain client communication, provide updates, and resolve issues.
• Support business development by identifying prospects and preparing proposals.
• Document projects, finances, and quality while seeking efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Production, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–10 years of experience in production, merchandising, operations or supply chain, preferably fashion/textiles.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, sourcing, vendor management and production processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English with client‑facing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for factory and client visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM tools.
