Method LAB Engineer

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Method LAB Engineer to lead project management during development phases, ensure compliance with pre‑planning guidelines, and oversee the transition from development to serial production. The role combines engineering expertise with coordination of technical teams to deliver high‑quality electrical distribution systems.

Key responsibilities

• Drive pre‑planning activities for projects, adhering to BOP standards and maintaining a monitoring dashboard from F4 to F5 (serial).
• Coordinate engineering changes with project development steps and update reports such as spending plans, gate reviews, and project presentations.
• Manage MLAB advanced technicians, controlling overtime and planning activities.
• Support plant pre‑planning teams in developing technical capabilities and standard processes.
• Cascade European guidelines, transmit improvements from the Moroccan team to Method Lab Europe, and obtain approvals.
• Standardize best practices and lessons learned to meet HSPQVC objectives (Health & Safety, People, Quality, Volume, Cost).
• Monitor PFMEA planning and action plans, ensuring method and production flow modifications.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, responsible and available to support project needs.
