Mining Technical Professionals – Multiple Engineering Roles

About the role

We are expanding our global mining operations and are looking for experienced mining professionals to fill several engineering positions, including Mining Engineer, Mining Geologist, Mineral Processing Engineer and related roles. Candidates will join a fast‑growing team responsible for underground mine design, geological modelling, processing plant optimisation and safety management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily mining and production plans, including underground mine design and long‑hole stoping layouts.
• Conduct geological exploration, underground mapping, resource estimation and maintain digital geological databases.
• Design, optimise and commission mineral processing flowsheets, select equipment and improve flotation and recovery performance.
• Support R&D, technical improvement projects and implementation of new mining technologies.
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with technical, safety and environmental standards.
• Provide technical guidance to mining, surveying and safety teams across multiple sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mining Engineering, Geology, Mineral Processing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in metal mining operations.
• Proven experience with independent underground mine design or geological resource estimation.
• Strong understanding of mining standards, safety practices and production processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
