Haldorix is a Moroccan startup studio dedicated to transforming on‑field operational challenges into business opportunities through technology. The studio identifies recurring pain points in industry, retail, and logistics, creating dedicated solutions that evolve into standalone products. Two flagship ventures include DeVisu, an industrial computer vision platform for operational optimization, and Nitra3AI, a generative AI solution for performance enhancement in manufacturing.

Position: MLOps Engineer (Edge AI Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines for industrial Edge AI deployments.
• Optimize inference performance on embedded GPU platforms using TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, and advanced quantization techniques (INT8, FP16).
• Apply model pruning and GPU benchmarking to achieve significant latency and throughput improvements.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows with Docker, GitHub Actions, and Ansible for reproducible model releases.
• Orchestrate large‑scale deployments across multiple sites using Kubernetes/K3s, AWS IoT Greengrass, KubeEdge, and Balena.
• Monitor system health and performance with Prometheus and Grafana dashboards.
• Ensure on‑prem compliance with GDPR and data anonymization best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MLOps, Edge computing, and embedded GPU environments.
• Hands‑on experience with TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, and GPU profiling tools.
• Strong Python background (PyTorch, TensorFlow, FastAPI).
• DevOps expertise with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Ansible.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes/K3s, networking, and Linux administration.
• Experience with NVIDIA Jetson and fleet management solutions.
• Familiarity with Stable Diffusion, LLM pipelines (RAG, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
• Understanding of industrial computer vision, IoT, and real‑time systems.
• Awareness of GDPR compliance and data anonymization for on‑prem AI.
