MOEI Coordinator – Rail & Electrical Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MOEI (Internal Project Management) Coordinator to support a major 3 kV electrical traction infrastructure programme in Morocco. The role is based onsite in Skhirat, Rabat or Casablanca and involves regular travel to multiple rail corridor locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate MOEI activities across several 3 kV traction worksites.
• Monitor and update programmes, managing hold points and critical points for civil and electrical works.
• Open, instruct, monitor and follow up Non‑Conformity Reports (FNC) together with the quality team and contractors.
• Serve as the daily technical interface between the works contractor, client representatives and project stakeholders.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and prepare regular technical and progress reports.
• Review implementation drawings, flagging and escalating design‑to‑site discrepancies.
• Ensure site quality and execution processes are followed and documented.

Required profile

• Engineer or experienced technician with a strong background in electrical or railway systems.
• Previous coordination experience on railway, electrical or infrastructure projects (MOE/MOEI).
• Experience with electric traction systems (1500 V DC or 3 kV) or high‑voltage (HTB/HTA) systems.
• Fluent French; English is a plus.
• Valid driving licence (own vehicle preferred).
