MQ Technician IV

About the role

The MQ Technician IV will work in a laboratory environment performing dimensional and functional measurements, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring calibration compliance. You will collaborate with production and engineering teams to deliver accurate measurement data and maintain metrology standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform measurements according to customer and production drawings, interpreting GD&T and ISO GPS requirements.
• Apply and maintain the metrology and calibration system in line with IATF 16949, ISO 17025 and internal regulations.
• Conduct internal calibration of measuring equipment, review results, and issue calibration certificates.
• Provide training on equipment and measurement practices to personnel.
• Ensure proper working condition of measuring equipment, coordinate maintenance and supplier support.
• Maintain 5S+1 standards in the laboratory, monitor environmental developments, and manage daily lab operations.
• Follow EHS and environmental protection regulations.

Required profile

• BAC Technologic, Scientific or Professional degree; BAC+2 (BTS/DUT) in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics or Physical Measurements.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a technical or laboratory environment, preferably in measurement, calibration or metrology.
• Written English proficiency and training in ISO 17025.
• Strong statistical skills and ability to work autonomously.
