About the role
The National Sales Manager will lead and develop our pharmaceutical business operations in Morocco. Reporting to the Country Head for North Africa, you will be responsible for driving sustainable sales growth, strengthening our presence in key therapeutic areas, and overseeing commercial activities across the market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales growth strategies, including local forecasting in partnership with distributors and internal teams.
- Manage distributor relationships to optimise supply, stock levels and promotional activities.
- Collect and analyse market intelligence, competitor actions and trends to produce comprehensive reports.
- Engage with key stakeholders, ensuring product portfolio awareness and coordinating pricing and product launches.
- Lead tender processes, coordinating with distributors and internal stakeholders.
- Recruit, motivate and develop a high‑performing team of Product Specialists.
Required profile
- University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology or a related field.
- 7–12 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing Product Specialists and driving team performance.
- Strong knowledge of Moroccan pharmaceutical regulations.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
