Network Architect – Remote (Morocco)

About the role

AFRICASHORE is seeking an experienced Network Architect to design, implement, and manage large‑scale network solutions for clients across Morocco and internationally. The role is fully remote and involves collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver robust, secure, and automated network infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Design core backbone and customer network architectures following industry best practices.
• Develop automation scripts and frameworks to accelerate service provisioning.
• Perform network changes, upgrades, and troubleshooting for 24/7 operations.
• Plan, model, and analyze network performance, scalability, and security.
• Create professional proposals, design documentation, and test results for new or existing programs.
• Research and recommend emerging technologies for data‑center, WAN, and corporate networks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience designing and building large‑scale networks.
• Hands‑on experience with carrier‑grade routers, switches, and optical equipment.
• Strong understanding of MPLS, DWDM, Ethernet, TCP/IP, ISIS, BGP, TE, DNS/DHCP, SNMP, QoS, L2, and firewalls.
