Network Engineer – LAN/WAN/SD-WAN Specialist

About the role

As part of the continuous evolution of the Scalian Group’s IT infrastructure, we are recruiting a Network Administrator to support the Network Expert manager in designing, deploying, and operating the Group’s network infrastructures across France and internationally. The position is strongly operations‑oriented, focusing on maintaining and evolving network services while ensuring performance and security in multi‑site environments.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure run (MCO) of LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, Wi‑Fi and ToIP infrastructures.
• Manage the lifecycle of network equipment such as switches, firewalls and Wi‑Fi devices.
• Configure, integrate and maintain network assets while keeping the inventory up to date.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions and handle advanced incident troubleshooting.
• Design and implement network architecture evolution projects and support business teams in infrastructure deployment.
• Ensure network security posture, apply group security policies, monitor CVEs and deploy patches.
• Manage VPN solutions (IPSec, SSL) and public DNS/certificate services.

• Windows Server (NPS).

• Stormshield and Fortinet firewalls.
• Cisco, Huawei and Fortinet switches.
• Aruba Instant + Airwave and Fortinet Wi‑Fi solutions.
• Routing, DHCP, DNS and IPAM.
• Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
• SD‑WAN technologies.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 / TISAX standards.
• Zscaler ZIA and ZPA.
• Wallix PAM.
