New Equipment Project Manager (M/F) – Morocco

About the role

Otis is looking for experienced Project Managers to lead new equipment installations across Morocco. You will own the full project lifecycle, from contract review to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, tender documents and specifications to define scope, timelines and commercial terms.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations and KPIs in collaboration with sales and cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials and equipment, monitoring progress, quality, costs and schedule.
• Manage project budgets, billing, cash‑flow and variation orders, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, communicate progress and address concerns.
• Lead installation, testing and commissioning teams, providing technical guidance.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with Otis safety, quality and product standards.
• Oversee commissioning activities, customer training and handover to service teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing elevator or similar equipment installation projects.
• Strong understanding of contract review, budgeting and commercial management.
• Excellent coordination and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
