New Equipment Project Manager (M/F) – Morocco

About the role

Otis Morocco is looking for experienced Project Managers to lead new equipment installations, from contract review through to handover. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, tender documents and specifications to define scope, timelines and commercial terms.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations and KPIs in collaboration with sales and cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials and equipment, monitoring progress, quality, costs and schedule.
• Manage project budgets, billing, cash‑flow and variation orders, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain customer communication, address concerns and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead installation, testing and commissioning teams, providing technical guidance.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with Otis quality, safety and product standards.
• Oversee commissioning activities, customer training and handover to the Service Department.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing elevator or equipment installation projects.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, budgeting and commercial management.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent customer‑facing skills and focus on satisfaction.
• Leadership capability to supervise installation and commissioning crews.
