NOC Team Lead

About the role

We are expanding our Network Operations Center and need an English‑speaking NOC Team Lead to manage and mentor a distributed team. The role blends hands‑on technical leadership with day‑to‑day team management, ensuring network stability, performance, and security across LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.

Key responsibilities

• Actively monitor network health, performance, and security alerts and resolve incidents.
• Execute planned changes such as firmware updates, configuration changes, and maintenance windows, then validate stability.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of network engineers/analysts across shifts.
• Own incident response processes, ensuring timely escalation and root‑cause analysis.
• Track and report on SLAs, uptime metrics, and team KPIs.
• Coordinate with Network Engineering, Security, and IT Support on changes, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Maintain documentation for network topology, configurations, and change management.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• 4+ years of hands‑on network operations experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for technical execution and stakeholder updates.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation.

Required skills

• Networking protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, DHCP.
• Configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, HPE/Aruba).
• Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix.
