Offline Test (OLT) Engineer

About the role

The Offline Test (OLT) Engineer will support the validation and verification of automotive components and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure product quality, safety, and performance throughout the production lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform offline testing, validation, and verification of automotive components and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze test results, identify abnormalities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Diagnose technical issues and support root‑cause investigations.
• Prepare and maintain testing reports, technical documentation, and work instructions.
• Support the preparation of RFQ documents for testing equipment, tooling, and technical solutions.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve testing KPIs to optimize equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Process Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Assist new product launches, engineering changes, and production readiness activities.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
