Onboarding Project Manager – Europe

About the role

Cloudbeds is looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to lead complex onboarding projects for its mid‑market hospitality customers across Europe. You will guide clients from contract signing through adoption, ensuring a smooth transition to the Account Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding lifecycle for mid‑market customers, from sales handoff to go‑live and adoption.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead customer meetings (pre‑kickoff, kickoff, check‑ins, go‑live) and document action items.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services to deliver a seamless implementation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for hospitality technology.
