Oncology Country Brand Lead – North Africa

About the role

The Oncology Country Brand Lead (CBL) for North Africa will own the strategy, performance and lifecycle management of assigned oncology brands across the region. Reporting to the Oncology Category Lead, the CBL will define country‑specific therapeutic and brand strategies, lead planning and execution, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet revenue, profitability and growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop insight‑driven local brand strategies and tactical plans aligned with regional and global guidance.
• Lead the Core Brand Team, align internal stakeholders and translate market insights into actionable decisions.
• Design and launch promotional campaigns, ensuring content delivery across all channels and close collaboration with the sales force.
• Own revenue forecasting, A&P budgeting, demand planning and supply continuity, monitoring ROI and optimizing investments.
• Manage external agencies, maintain compliance, and build relationships with key external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical or Medical Sciences (preferred).
• More than 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in oncology.
• Proven track record in brand strategy, execution and cross‑functional leadership.
• Strong ability to navigate complex matrix environments and influence without authority.
