About the role

As a Production Operator at KERAGUM, you will join a growing agro‑food site that transforms carob into natural gum for the food industry. Working in a modern facility near Casablanca, you will help ensure smooth manufacturing, packaging and material handling while respecting safety, quality and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow safety, hygiene and quality standards at all times.
• Carry out production operations according to established procedures.
• Feed equipment with raw materials, consumables and packaging items.
• Monitor production flow and report any anomalies.
• Perform pre‑start and in‑process quality checks.
• Complete traceability and monitoring documentation.
• Assist with series changes, equipment start‑up and adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
• Support the production schedule to meet delivery commitments.

Required profile

• Educational level: Bac+2 (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in an agro‑food industrial environment is a plus.
• Strong sense of rigor, responsibility and safety.
• Team‑oriented, punctual and able to react to unexpected situations.
• Willingness to work in shift patterns (3 × 8 h).
• Versatile and adaptable to changing production needs.
