Operations Development Associate – Rotation Program

About the role

The TS Operations & Engineering Rotation Program is an accelerated development opportunity for early‑career professionals. In the first rotation you will join the Operations function, work on real business challenges and contribute to initiatives that improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to projects that improve operational performance, quality, supply‑chain effectiveness and manufacturing excellence.
• Analyze business data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering and Operations.
• Support initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Participate in problem‑solving activities and help implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead or support projects that drive efficiency, cost optimisation and process improvements.
• Present recommendations, project outcomes and key insights to operational and business leaders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality, engineering or a similar business environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑interpretation abilities.
• Interest in developing leadership capabilities within a global manufacturing organisation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, teams and cultures.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting ideas and recommendations.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
