Operations Manager – Field, Data & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager – Field, Data & Marketing to lead and optimise field operations and on‑ground campaign execution in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. The role combines team leadership, activation planning and data‑driven reporting to ensure brand visibility and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, structure and oversee field teams across all locations to ensure efficient deployment and high performance.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor field activations, in‑store campaigns and promotional events, guaranteeing flawless execution and strong brand visibility.
• Ensure accurate collection, consolidation and analysis of field data; deliver actionable insights and performance reports.
• Manage, coach and develop field and data teams (supervisors, merchandisers, promoters) fostering engagement and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement processes to improve efficiency, optimise resource allocation and control operational costs.
• Act as primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, aligning objectives and delivering expected results.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, processes and local regulations across all field activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in field operations management, preferably within field marketing, retail or FMCG.
• Proven experience managing field teams and large‑scale activations.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Fluency in English.
• FMCG experience is mandatory.
