Operations Manager - Global Recruitment Center

About the role

The Operations Manager for the Global Recruitment Center (GRC) ensures consistent, high‑quality service delivery across all supported accounts. Acting as the subject‑matter expert on local operations, technology, and governance, the role drives service excellence, operational discipline, and smooth onboarding of new business.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day service delivery, meeting SLAs, KPIs and client expectations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with account leaders to identify and resolve performance issues.
• Champion operational best practices such as daily huddles, visual management and performance coaching.
• Implement Lean principles to improve efficiency, standardisation and quality.
• Lead structured problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis.
• Track site‑level metrics and contribute to monthly business reviews.
• Execute governance routines to monitor performance, compliance and risk.
• Support change initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and adoption.
• Act as site liaison for technology and agentic AI tools, driving adoption and integration.
• Lead operational setup and onboarding for new accounts, ensuring seamless transition to steady‑state operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing service delivery and operational performance in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk and compliance processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean or similar methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating technology enablement projects.
