Operations Specialist, Vehicle Registration

About the role

The Operations Specialist, Vehicle Registration ensures that all vehicle registration and homologation activities are completed efficiently for the assigned country. Working closely with Sales, Delivery and Order Operations, the role guarantees a smooth hand‑over of vehicles to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete vehicle registration process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely completion.
• Register Tesla‑owned fleet vehicles for marketing, press, and service purposes and arrange related insurance.
• Handle country‑specific homologation tasks for new type approvals or product releases.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on vehicle registration, homologation, and vehicle law within the designated country.
• Coordinate with Sales & Delivery and Order Operations to process pre‑delivery and day‑of‑delivery documents accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information in the CRM system for management visibility.
• Establish and optimise vehicle registration processes for new and existing markets.
• Deliver a superior ownership experience through professional business dealings.
• Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement local best practices for vehicle deliveries.
