Order Taker – In‑Room Dining

About the role

We are seeking an Order Taker to join the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat team. Reporting to the Room Service Manager, you will take in‑room dining orders, convey special requests to the kitchen and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Answer guest telephone calls courteously, gather all necessary order details and process them according to Four Seasons standards.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen, verify completed dishes against the original request and coordinate delivery by Room Service Servers.
• Check completed kitchen orders for accuracy and food quality before delivery.
• Close guest checks accurately, record charges and gratuities, and maintain an organized work area.
• Prioritize multiple guest requests efficiently during busy periods.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of food‑service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English, with fluency in French and Arabic.
• Warm, friendly telephone communication and strong attention to detail.
• Detail‑oriented, organized work style and ability to prioritize guest requests.
• Eligibility to work in Morocco.
