Order To Cash Specialist

About the role

The Order to Cash Specialist supports daily collections and dispute management operations, ensuring processes are followed and compliance standards are met. The role leads a small team, drives accurate transaction processing, and promotes a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor team attendance, login hours and unscheduled leave using ERP tools in line with LTC‑Collections and Helpdesk processes.
• Oversee processing, collection and application of customer payments while adhering to company policies.
• Reconcile customer accounts, identify and resolve payment discrepancies using ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate records of order‑related transactions and ensure data accessibility.
• Collaborate with accounts receivable and customer service to resolve invoice and payment issues.
• Lead regular team meetings to share updates, address concerns and encourage open communication.
• Foster team retention and engagement through motivation, skill development and performance feedback.
• Support compliance training for new and existing team members.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of LTC‑Collections, Helpdesk and LTC‑Dispute Management concepts.
• Familiarity with ERP tools for transaction processing and account reconciliation.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Solution‑mindset approach to problem solving within the team.

Required skills

• ERP Tools (e.g., SAP FI, Oracle AR).
