About the role
The Order to Cash Specialist supports daily collections and dispute management operations, ensuring processes are followed and compliance standards are met. The role leads a small team, drives accurate transaction processing, and promotes a collaborative work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor team attendance, login hours and unscheduled leave using ERP tools in line with LTC‑Collections and Helpdesk processes.
- Oversee processing, collection and application of customer payments while adhering to company policies.
- Reconcile customer accounts, identify and resolve payment discrepancies using ERP systems.
- Maintain accurate records of order‑related transactions and ensure data accessibility.
- Collaborate with accounts receivable and customer service to resolve invoice and payment issues.
- Lead regular team meetings to share updates, address concerns and encourage open communication.
- Foster team retention and engagement through motivation, skill development and performance feedback.
- Support compliance training for new and existing team members.
Required profile
- Basic understanding of LTC‑Collections, Helpdesk and LTC‑Dispute Management concepts.
- Familiarity with ERP tools for transaction processing and account reconciliation.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Solution‑mindset approach to problem solving within the team.
Required skills
- ERP Tools (e.g., SAP FI, Oracle AR).
