OT Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

CYRAF is a leading industrial cybersecurity company protecting critical infrastructure such as energy, water, transportation and communications. The OT Cyber Security Engineer will design, implement and maintain security solutions that safeguard operational technology networks against evolving cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation, safety and package system networks and interfaces.
• Execute cybersecurity transformation projects, including configuration of switches, firewalls, WAFs and IDS/IPS.
• Apply hardening frameworks such as CIS to secure solutions.
• Deploy and manage virtualization platforms (Hyper‑V, VMware) and Microsoft Active Directory with RADIUS.
• Implement endpoint protection (McAfee ePO, DLP, application control) and detection solutions (log management, SIEM, SOC).
• Administer backup and restore solutions (Veritas, Acronis) and patch management (WSUS).
• Prepare, review and approve engineering and construction documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cyber Security Engineer or in a comparable role.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and maintaining firewalls, routers, switches, IDS/IPS and patch management tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured execution approach.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to interact credibly with clients.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
