Key responsibilities

Receive strategist‑provided concepts, hooks and angles and combine them with UGC and product footage.
Edit 20‑45 second UGC ads for Meta, creating multiple variations per concept.
Apply best‑practice techniques for hook strength, pacing, retention and conversion.
Maintain a fast turnaround of 24‑48 hours per batch and deliver 15‑25 ads weekly.
Iterate quickly based on performance feedback and minimize revisions.

Required profile

Proven experience editing UGC‑style paid ads for DTC e‑commerce brands.
Portfolio that showcases real ad creatives (not just aesthetic edits).
Experience targeting US or European markets.
