Paid Media Manager – Ecommerce

About the role

Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions is expanding its digital marketing team and seeks a Paid Media Manager to lead ecommerce advertising across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for driving traffic, conversions, and revenue for technology products, software solutions, and IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads and other relevant channels.
• Manage budgets, monitor ROAS, and optimise campaigns to meet CPA, CAC and revenue targets.
• Plan, launch, and optimise ecommerce campaigns, including audience research, competitor analysis and market trend monitoring.
• Create and test ad creatives, landing pages and messaging, and run A/B tests on ads, audiences and conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with design, content, sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing ecommerce advertising campaigns, preferably for IT, SaaS or technology hardware.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
