Palo Alto Technical Pre-Sales Engineer

About the role

Arrow is looking for a Palo Alto Technical Pre‑Sales Engineer to join its Enterprise Computing Solutions team in Casablanca. The role combines deep cybersecurity expertise with sales support to promote Palo Alto products and design secure solutions for business partners and end users.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Palo Alto products and support the sales organization on technical matters.
• Work with vendors, business partners and end users to identify opportunities and design security architectures.
• Provide product knowledge, solution selection, proof‑of‑concept execution, configuration, sizing and service recommendations.
• Conduct technical workshops, enablement sessions, product demonstrations and hands‑on training.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, responding to RFPs/RFIs and presenting recommended solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of new products, cybersecurity technologies and vendor certifications.
• Educate internal sales teams and partners on products, competitive positioning and security best practices.
• Support the quote‑to‑order process, collaborate on business unit KPIs and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Engineer or 5‑year degree with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies such as Endpoint Security, EDR, XDR, NDR, Email Security, DLP, IAM, Zero Trust and Cloud Security.
• Experience with routing, switching, VPN, SD‑WAN, wireless networking, public and private cloud, IPS/IDS, SIEM, SOAR, ZTNA, WAF, CASB, SASE, Secure Web Gateway and NGFW.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native security (CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP) and virtualization on Windows and Linux platforms.
• Fluent in English and French.
