Parts Pricing Manager

About the role

BIA Group sells, rents and provides after-sales services for equipment used in public works, mines, quarries and transport, operating in Europe, Africa and Asia. As Parts Pricing Manager you will lead the operational Sales and Pricing teams and drive the implementation of the BIA Group Parts Pricing Strategy, optimising pricing structures to maximise profitability and competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Define B2C pricing schemes to meet Group gross margin targets and lead pricing and costing activities, keeping SAP pricing reliable
• Oversee landed costs and Country Factor calculations, analyse parts margins, market trends and OEM pricing, and implement Finance recommendations on transfer pricing
• Support the Aftermarket team to prevent margin leakage and act as BIA's reference for Parts Pricing
• Run quarterly margin reviews with Finance, develop pricing policies, coordinate special pricing projects and maintain the Pricing Simulator
• Keep SAP pricing up to date with OEM calendars, support sales campaigns and proposals, and supervise price generation and discrepancies
• Update Country Factors twice a year, analyse air-freight costs with Supply Chain and compare them with local invoicing data
• Lead Pricing Committee meetings, deliver pricing training, monitor competitor pricing and act as the main OEM contact for pricelist uploads
• Define pricing procedures, manage pricing and costing tickets through SysAid and review processes for operational excellence
• Lead a team of 2 Pricing Analysts and 2 Pricing Coordinators, coach and develop them, plan workloads and promote accountability

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, International Business, Economics or a related field
• Proven experience in pricing, commercial finance, parts business or a similar environment
• Proven experience managing and developing teams
• Fluent French and English

Required skills

• SAP knowledge is mandatory
• Understanding of pricing methodologies, margin management and commercial analysis
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
